Age divisions vary each season based on enrollment. We organize teams to ensure the best competitive balance and player development for all athletes.

Athletes should wear comfortable athletic clothing, such as leggings, sweatpants, or shorts with a t-shirt. Hoodies or long sleeves are recommended when it’s cold. Cheerleaders should wear proper black cheer shoes.

For safety reasons, the following are not allowed:

• Denim pants or shorts
• Boots, sandals, or Crocs 
• Clothing that is revealing or inappropriate
   

Since practices are held at public parks, please make sure all clothing is modest and suitable for active movement. Proper attire helps prevent injuries and ensures everyone can participate safely and comfortably.

No. For the safety of your child and everyone on the team, especially during stunts, tumbling, and partner work—jewelry of any kind is not allowed. This includes earrings, necklaces, bracelets, rings, and piercings.

In addition, nails must be trimmed to prevent injuries to themselves or teammates during routines. Coaches will check equipment, uniforms, and personal items before practice and competitions to ensure all safety rules are followed. These precautions help create a safe environment where all cheerleaders can perform confidently and enjoy the sport.

Yes, we do offer payment options. We understand that registration fees can be a significant expense, and we’re happy to work with families when possible.

Most practices are held at Copper Sky. Occasionally, we may practice at Pacana Park.

Practices are held Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM.

Any changes to the practice location or schedule will always be communicated through TeamReach. Please be sure to check for updates regularly.

 We are part of the Arizona Youth Football League (AZYFL), a league that organizes youth football games throughout the Phoenix metropolitan area and surrounding valley communities. Game locations can vary from week to week and may include fields in multiple cities across the valley, depending on the schedule and matchups. 

Once schedules are released each season, you’ll receive details about your team’s specific game locations, dates, and times.

No, we welcome cheerleaders of all experience levels. Whether your child is brand new to cheer or has previous experience, our coaches focus on teaching proper techniques, teamwork, confidence, and having fun in a supportive environment. 

 Our Spring season begins in early January and runs through May.

Our Fall season begins in early July and runs through November.
